Visit the Wyld woods, take part in our Pixie quiz and peek in on a garden of mini fairy worlds and mythical creatures nests.Have your face painted with sparkling fairy dust, help Sugar Plum in her kitchen making your very own Unicorn wishing cake and slake your thirst with our home-brewed elderflower potion.

Meet the famous Tooth Fairy herself, help her with a special tooth pasting making science experiment and enjoy magical storytelling in our mythical bell tent.

Our Whippersnapper Fairyland Mythical Creatures and Winter Wonderland are annual fundraising events which raise money to maintain our inclusive community arts centre in Dulwich Park and to run inclusive activities for children and adults with disabilities.

About the Whippersnappers organisation

Whippersnappers were founded in 1994 when professional actress Caroline Burghard teamed up with Kirk Service a reknowed R&B and Reggae artist. For the past 18 years we have been based in the Brockwell Lido building in Brockwell Park, Brixton. In April 2011 we opened our second site: College lodge in Dulwich Park. We successfully raised £250,000 to convert this listed park-keeper’s Lodge into a fully accessible and inclusive Community Arts Centre.

Whippersnappers began delivering music classes for underfives, and in 1997 created their own style of music known as “Pickny Beat” Over the years we have diversified and now provide music, theatre, art and sport for people of all ages, needs and backgrounds. We are a vibrant multicultural company with over 30 staff working closely as a cohesive team. We are proud to be a Community Interest Company, investing all our profits back into our work and remaining driven by our social aims and objectives.
